Synopsis: ZBZ organizes various events, including a Mr. Purr-fect pageant. Casey develops a crush on a guy name Shane and makes sure he knows about it. There is tension between Evan and Frannie since they made a drunken mistake.
Evan is still trying to win back Casey's affection, however, she wants to remain just friends. Evan's jealously gets the best of him, after learning about Caseys feelings for Shane, and he bribes or tries to blackmail Shane not to date Casey. Later,Ashleigh matches up Calvin with a guy named Michael. Also, Rusty is forced to be Rebecca's assistant during the ZBZ's annual Mr. Purr-fect competition.
